Denia is the capital of the Marina Alta region and is an ideal place to live or spend your holidays. It is famous for its cuisine, its wide sandy beaches and the Rotas nature reserve promenade. Its culture is marked by the Fallas festival in March and the local festivities in July. What's more, you can reach Alicante and Valencia airports in just 1 hour, and La Sella golf course in 20 minutes.
The apartment is located a stone's throw from the port of Denia and Raset beach, so you can easily take your family for ice cream, go for a walk, go shopping or walk to the beach.
We enter through a wide hall, which leads to the living-dining room with its small terrace (shared with the master bedroom), where you can enjoy views of Denia Castle. The apartment faces east, meaning it gets sun in the morning until midday, and it is east-west facing. The fully fitted kitchen opens onto a west-facing gallery, which is a laundry room and pantry. An L-shaped hallway leads to the sleeping area: the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom with shower, another bathroom with bathtub, and two further double bedrooms, and a room which is currently used as an office but could also be a bedroom.
The communal area of the property includes a communal swimming pool with natural grass, a bench where you can sit and relax, and an area where children can play comfortably and safely, as well as a shower and toilet.
In the underground car park, you can park your car in a private space of about 20 square metres.
The extras in this property are: air conditioning in the living room and main hallway, keeping the house cool in summer; a gallery in the kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes in 3 of them, an apartment, completely exterior with large aluminium windows, a terrace with open views, intercom, and surveillance cameras in the community, induction hob in the kitchen, lift.
All furniture is not included, an inventory will be made. Community fees are €200 per quarter.
We invite you to imagine your new life in Denia, and/or your holidays in the capital of the Marina Alta, thinking about leaving your car in the garage and exploring the town and beaches of Denia on foot.
